Took a tour and was impressed with the coworking facility and the shop manager. They could use a larger space for the Maker space, but the coworking space with occasional librarian help seems like a steal at that price. As someone who lives in a different city I'll be back to take equipment certification classes from 712.
My company's headquarter office is located at 712 Innovations. 712 is a great co-working space to start or grow your business in. The atmosphere fosters a spirit of collaboration unlike any place else you will find in Topeka and everyone is pulling for others to succeed there. The space has a wealth of knowledge and resources that most of Topeka would not know existed if it had not been for this space.
An amazing addition to downtown. For 50$ a month you get access to thousands of dollars of equipment and even more knowledge. There's 3d printers, shopbot CNC, meeting rooms, wood working tools, soldering/electronics station and lots of other equipment too. After the recent changes I think the space is even stronger. The staff is great and working hard at building a stronger community of makers and movers in Topeka too.
