The food here is amazing, such creative dishes are a real breath of fresh air! It is wholly affordable, and I would suggest the pork belly and biscuit sliders. They have some really good local and semi-local brews on tap, and have an extensive selection of good whiskey, gin and bourbon.
Stopped by 3s Artspace in Portsmouth, NH after hearing word of the grand opening art exhibiton "On the Map". The art alone in the gallery space was phenomenal, but experience as a whole is why I chose to write a review. The atmosphere in the building is inviting, the people are friendly, and the space is just flat out beautiful. I decided to pop into the restaurant, Block Six, after the gallery opening for a bite to eat and a drink. The staff was clearly very busy but still took the time to make me feel at home. The food is incredible!!!! Locally sourced, reasonably priced, and great portion sizes. I recommend this as a place for any occasion, snack & share or 3 course meal. This is just what Portsmouth needs and wish 3s the best of luck moving forward. I will absolutely be back and can't wait to see what this organization becomes.
Industrial decor with a minimalist look. Art gallery is right next door (closes at 8 pm) and there's a lot of parking available. Drinks are well priced and the bartenders do a great job. Decent amount of beers on tap, but limited for a town like Portsmouth. They offer farm to table food, but I only came for drinks and dessert. They have house made ice-cream with flavors that always change. Closes pretty early for Portsmouth but the bar will stay open for a crowd.
