Then click the "Edit" link (on the right) to get started. If you don't see an "Edit" link, the event organizer has disabled the ability to change order information.     The Groups Report is a great resource for events that allow eblink{Group Registration=>https://www.eventbrite.com/support/articleredirect?anum=3220}. While you can edit the eblink{Attendee Summary=>https://www.eventbrite.com/support/articleredirect?anum=3505} to include columns of information related to group registration, this report has it all in one place! On your event's Manage page, click Event Reports (under Analyze.) Click "View All Reports" and then select "Teams Report" (or "Groups Report") to get started.

  • Can I delete an event group?

    While there's no way to delete an event group entirely, you can add a password to your group page (or change the current password set) to prevent others from joining. Then email team members to let them know the group is no longer active and to change teams or transfer their registration. Also, if you registered on behalf of your group members, you can transfer them from your existing group to a new group that you create (or an existing group if you know which team they'd like to join instead.) eblink{Log in=>https://www.eventbrite.com/mytickets target=_blank} to your Eventbrite account, go to Tickets, scroll to the Groups section, and click the name of your group to get started.

    If you're a group manager/team captain, you can email members of your group right from your group page. Log in to your Eventbrite account to access your Groups from the Tickets page. Then select Email to get started.

    You can still join or create a group if you previously registered as an individual. Log in to your Eventbrite account, and click to view your order details on the "Tickets" page. Then select "Join a Team" or "Transfer" to get started.

    An OAuth token won’t expire and only becomes invalid if you change the password on your Eventbrite account. If you include other canned and custom questions in your event that aren’t supported by Facebook, you can still sell tickets via the integration, but that information will not be collected from attendees who purchase tickets directly on Facebook.

    Your default API rate limit is 1,000 API calls per hour or 24,000 per day. If you think you'll need a higher limit, please eblink{contact us=>https://www.eventbrite.com/support/contact-us target=_blank} with your API key, the API endpoints you're hitting, the order in which you're hitting the API endpoints, your workflow, and the fields you're taking data from. Our API team will look at your execution, and if approved, notify you of your increased limit.

  • Can my event include both group registration and individual registration?

    Your event can definitely include both group registration and individual registration with "Group Registration" enabled. On your event's "Manage" page, select "Order Form", make sure you're collecting information from "Each Attendee", and scroll to "Group Registration" to set up.

  • Why isn't group registration working?

    Group registration isn't available for events with multiple dates, events collecting "Basic" or "Buyer Only" information, or private events that are password-protected or invite-only.
