Where are my tickets?

The fastest way to get your tickets is to find your order confirmation email. You can also check your Eventbrite account or the Eventbrite app. If you still can't find your tickets, contact the event organizer and ask them to resend your tickets.

NOTE: If you don’t see the option to download or print tickets, the event organizer disabled PDF tickets. Check the order confirmation email and event listing for any instructions. — Search for an email from orders@eventbrite.com

Your tickets available as a PDF attachment.

TIP: If you have more than one email address, you may have used a different email to place your order. Check the email account for each to find your order confirmation.

— Check your Eventbrite account

Computer (desktop/web): 1. Go eblink{here=>https://www.eventbrite.com/gettickets target=_blank}. 2. Enter the email address you used to register. 3. Click “Get started”. 4. Enter your password. 5. Find your order (under Tickets). 6. Click the event name. 7. Select "Print Tickets". Mobile (eblink{iOS=>https://www.eventbrite.com/support/articleredirect?anum=11000}): 1. Download the eblink{Eventbrite App=>https://www.eventbrite.com/eventbriteapp}. 2. Open the app on your device. 3. Enter the email address you used to register. 4. Enter your password. 5. Tap the “tickets” icon (in the app footer). 6. Find your order (under “Upcoming” or “Past tickets”). The tap to select. 7. View registration information, event information (date and location), add to calendar, view the event listing, save the ticket as an image, add to Apple Wallet, or show the QR code for scanned entry at the event. Mobile (eblink{Android=>https://www.eventbrite.com/support/articleredirect?anum=11001}): 1. Download the eblink{Eventbrite App=>https://www.eventbrite.com/eventbriteapp}. 2. Open the app on your device. 3. Enter the email address you used to register. 4. Enter your password. 5. Tap the profile icon (far-right side of the bottom toolbar). 6. Find your order (upcoming events show first. Swipe up to reference tickets registered to past events). 7. Tap the “tickets” icon to select. 8. View registration information, event information (date and location), add to calendar, view the event listing, save the ticket as an image, or show the QR code for scanned entry at the event.

NOTE: If you haven't set a password for your account, we'll email you a link to set it. If you've forgotten your password, eblink{reset it=>https://www.eventbrite.com/reset-password}.

— Contact the event organizer

If you still can’t find your tickets, eblink{contact the event organizer=>https://www.eventbrite.com/support/articleredirect?anum=3275} with the name on your order and purchase date. They can find your order and resend the confirmation email.

— Contact Eventbrite Support

If you haven’t heard back from the event organizer, eblink{contact Eventbrite Support=>https://www.eventbrite.com/support/contact-us}. 1. Select Attending an Event > Tickets, Receipts, & Wristbands > Finding tickets or receipt/order confirmation. 2. Fill in the required fields. 3. Click “Send”. 4. Reply to our email with the information requested. 5. Allow 2-4 business days for follow up.
