If you want someone else to receive "Contact the Organizer" emails, you can add them as a subuser.
Go to the Account Menu at the top-right of the page and select eblink{Account Settings=>https://www.eventbrite.com/account-settings/ target=_blank}. Select “Organizer” from the menu and choose “eblink{Multi-User Access=>https://www.eventbrite.com/account-settings/permissions}”. Select the “Add Email Address” button, and enter the email of the person you want to add. When setting subuser permissions, be sure to grant permissions to receive emails.
TIP: You control whether subusers receive “All emails,” “Selected emails only,” or “No emails”.
NOTE: You can only add a subuser if the email address isn't associated with an existing Eventbrite account. If the email address is already registered with Eventbrite, eblink{here are your options=>https://www.eventbrite.com/support/articleredirect?anum=6374}.
You can change the account email address if you aren’t managing events in the Eventbrite account AND don’t want to receive “Contact the Organizer” emails.
Go to the Account Menu at the top of your page and select eblink{Account Settings=>https://www.eventbrite.com/account-settings/ target=_blank}. Select “Account” from the menu and choose “eblink{Contact Info=>https://www.eventbrite.com/account-settings/account}”. Locate “Account Email Address” (at the top) and click “Change”. Enter the new email address and your current password. Then choose “Save”.
NOTE: You can only change your account email address to an email that isn't associated with an existing Eventbrite account. There isn't a way to eblink{merge=>https://www.eventbrite.com/support/articleredirect?anum=3586} Eventbrite accounts at this time. You can use a different email when changing the account email address, or eblink{close the account=>https://www.eventbrite.com/support/articleredirect?anum=3259} to free up the email address you want to use.
