Eventbrite’s fees

Eventbrite charges a service fee for every paid ticket or add-on you sell. If your tickets are free, you don't pay any fees. The service fees vary per package, country, and currency. Depending on your payout country and payment method, there may be additional fees for payment processing.

<h2 id="01">Fees per country</h2> Your bank must be located in the payout country you choose. If you&#39;re interested in learning about Premium package options, <a href="https://www.eventbrite.com/blog/premium-contact-us/" target="_blank">contact the Eventbrite sales team</a>.</p> <h2 id="02">Choose who pays the fees</h2> <p>When you create a paid ticket type, you can choose who will pay the fees. </p> <ul><li><b>Absorb fees</b>: Check the box next to “Absorb fees” if you want the fees to be included in the ticket price you set. Fees will be deducted from your sales at the time of your payout.</li></ul> <ul><li><b>Pass fees on</b>: Leave the box next to “Absorb fees” unchecked if you want attendees to pay the fees on top of the ticket price you set. Fees will be collected off the top of your ticket sales at the time of your payout.</li></ul> <p>You can change this setting at any time, but the new fee setting will only apply to future orders.</p> <h2 id="03">Calculate your fees</h2> <p>To see a breakdown of your fees on an event you&#39;ve already created:</p> <ol><li>Go to <a href="https://www.eventbrite.com/myevents/" target="_blank">Manage my events</a>.</li><li>Select your event to go to your Event Dashboard.</li><li>Click <strong>Tickets</strong>.</li><li>Select or create a paid ticket type.</li><li>Click <strong>How fees work</strong>.</li></ol> <p>This breakdown will show you exactly how much your fees are. It will also show any taxes and your ticket revenue.</p> <p class="text-small l-pad-vert-2 l-pad-hor-2 card l-mar-top-2"><b>TIP:</b> Service fees are calculated using the ticket price.
