U.S. tax laws require all Eventbrite users to submit taxpayer information if they process more than 200 orders with Eventbrite Payment Processing. Non-U.S. citizens should complete eblink{Form W-8=> target=_blank} (e.g., W-8BEN, W-8BEN-E, other) to confirm you're exempt from U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) reporting requirements. As you approach the threshold (200 orders), we’ll reach out to request that you eblink{fill out your Form W-8=>} (“Taxpayer Information” on the Account Settings page).

PRO TIP: If you're a U.S. citizen collecting payments abroad, you'll want to eblink{submit a Form W-9=>} instead.

NOTE: If you don’t eblink{enter your taxpayer information=>} before you exceed 200 orders, Eventbrite is required to withhold all future event payouts until the form is completed.
