Whether you need access to additional features to manage your event or have more basic needs for an upcoming event, Eventbrite has the right package for you. To change your package, log in to your Eventbrite account and go to eblink{Account Settings=>https://www.eventbrite.com/account/ target=_blank}. Click "Package" and choose "Change". Review the package options and choose the one that best suits your needs!
TIP: When moving to a more advanced package, you'll notice "upgrade" terminology. When moving to a more basic package, you'll see "downgrade" terminology.
PRO TIP: eblink{Subusers=>https://www.eventbrite.com/support/articleredirect?anum=3210} can't change package options for their specific account. Instead, they'll have the same Eventbrite package options set for the main account (e.g., if the main account holder changes from an Essentials to a Professional package, subusers receive the same features and functionality associated with the Professional package).
NOTE: Before eblink{changing packages=>https://www.eventbrite.com/myaccount/plan target=_blank}, click View Features to make sure your current package doesn't already best suit your needs. While you can change packages later, it could complicate the reporting for an event that's actively accepting registrations (e.g., reconciling fees across events for tickets sold).
