What to do if your event wristband is lost, stolen, incorrect, or damaged

While we can't reship any orders, you can deactivate your original wristband and request a replacement wristband to pick up at the event from Will Call. From the eblink{Tickets=>https://www.eventbrite.com/mytickets} page in your Eventbrite account, find your order, select "Manage Wristband," then choose "Deactivate wristband." Once the wristband is deactivated, you can to pick up your replacement wristband(s) at Will Call.

TIP: If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can still eblink{update your shipping address=>https://www.eventbrite.com/support/articleredirect?anum=8423} or eblink{cancel your wristband shipment and request Will Call pickup=>https://www.eventbrite.com/support/articleredirect?anum=17571}.

NOTE: If you registered for eblink{cashless payments=>https://www.eventbrite.com/support/articleredirect?anum=23088}, your credit or debit card information associated with your original wristband is automatically transferred to your new wristband. When your wristband is replaced, the original wristband will be de-activated both for access to the event and for cashless. Cashless payments are not available for all events at this time. If a link to set up cashless payments isn't included in your wristband package, you can't set up cashless payments for the wristband associated with your registration.

1. Go to Tickets.

eblink{Log in=>https://www.eventbrite.com/login target=_blank} to your Eventbrite account like you normally would, or go eblink{here=>https://www.eventbrite.com/gettickets target=_blank}, enter the email address you used at registration, and enter your password. Then access the account menu and select "Tickets."

2. Find your order.

From the "Tickets" tab, you'll see your upcoming events in chronological order. Find your order, then click on it to see your order details.

TIP: If you're having trouble finding your order, it’s likely you registered under a different email address. Try logging in with other email addresses if you may have used them to register.

3. Choose "Manage Wristband."

Select the "Manage Wristband" tab to manage your order.

4. Select "Deactivate wristband."

You'll see the status of your wristband shipment. Choose "Deactivate wristband" and a new window will appear.

5. Let us know why you're requesting a replacement wristband.

We have some common reasons listed for you to choose from.

EXAMPLE: Jamie ordered a VIP wristband for her event but was sent a General Admission wristband by mistake. She selects "I received the wrong wristband" as her reason for requesting a replacement wristband.

NOTE: Eventbrite can’t guarantee the validity of wristbands purchased from third-party vendors. 6. Select the wristbands you want to replace and hit "Continue."

The UID is located behind the plastic piece on the wristband. Simply check the box next to the UID for each wristband you want to deactivate and replace. Then choose "Continue."

7. Confirm your replacement wristband.

Select "Hold At Will Call" to deactivate your original wristband and request a replacement wristband for pickup at Will Call.

NOTE: Once reported, wristbands can't be reactivated, and fees may apply to replace the wristband.

8. Pick up your replacement wristband at Will Call.

Once your original wristband is deactivated, you can pick up your replacement wristband at the event from Will Call. All you need to bring with you to Will Call is your original order confirmation email and a photo ID.

TIP: Already registered your original wristband? Don't worry—you won't have to re-register, and all your existing registration information and settings automatically work with your new wristband.
