Troubleshooting issues with your redirect URI

The redirect URI used in your implementation of OAuth2 flow must match the redirect URI you provided when you registered the app. If you see an error saying that your redirect URIs must match, check it out in the eblink{App Management=>https://www.eventbrite.com/myaccount/apps target=_blank} section of your Account Settings.

TIP: If you’re an organizer using an application in the eblink{Eventbrite App Marketplace=>https://www.eventbrite.com/apps/ target=_blank}, eblink{get in touch with the application developer=>https://www.eventbrite.com/support/articleredirect?anum=37678} for help.

NOTE: If you're a subuser on an Eventbrite account, you won't see the "App Management" section on your eblink{Account Settings=>https://www.eventbrite.com/account target=_blank} page. Only the main account holder has access to this, so connect with them if you need their personal OAuth token and application key to integrate with the Eventbrite API.

1. You'll see this error if your OAuth2 redirect URI doesn't match.

If you run into this error, your OAuth2 redirect URI doesn’t match the redirect URI provided when the app was registered.

2. Go to Account Settings.

After you eblink{log in=>https://www.eventbrite.com/login target=_blank}, access the account menu, then select eblink{Account Settings=>https://www.eventbrite.com/account target=_blank}.

3. Go to "App Management" (under Developer).

Developer is the second-to-last section in the options menu.

4. Choose "Key Details."

Find your app, then click "Key Details" under "Actions."

5. Check the "OAuth Redirect URI" field to make sure the URL matches.

The URL under "OAuth Redirect URI" must exactly match the URL in your app. Copy this URL to paste and you're all set.
