How to stop receiving copies of order confirmation emails

Organizers can turn off the option to receive copies of order confirmation emails for completed attendee orders to events. To do this, uncheck "Order confirmations from my attendees" in the Email Preferences section of your Eventbrite account.

NOTE: If you're a eblink{subuser=>https://www.eventbrite.com/support/articleredirect?anum=3210} on an Eventbrite account, contact your admin account holder to disable email confirmations for you. Only an account admin can disable email confirmations for subuser accounts.

1. Go to Account Settings.

After eblink{logging in=>https://www.eventbrite.com/login target=_blank}, access the account menu, then select eblink{Account Settings=>https://www.eventbrite.com/account}.

2. Go to Email Preferences.

eblink{Email Preferences=>https://www.eventbrite.com/email-preferences} is located in the menu on the left-hand side of the page under Account Settings.

3. De-select "Order confirmations from my attendees".

Next to the section labeled Notifications, uncheck the box next to "Order confirmations from my attendees."

TIP: You can also eblink{manage other email communications=>https://www.eventbrite.com/support/articleredirect?anum=3369} such as Eventbrite newsletters and updates from your account's Email Preferences.

4. Click the green Save Preferences button.

You won't receive copies of order confirmation emails for any event in your account from now on. You can always re-enable this option if you change your mind at any point in the future!

NOTE: Your attendees will continue to receive these emails after ordering.
