Go to eblink{eventbrite.com/reset-password=>https://www.eventbrite.com/reset-password} and enter your account email address (or the email address you entered on your order). Then click "Send email".

You can reset your password from the login screen of these apps as well.
PRO TIP: If you receive a message saying the email address isn't recognized, an account hasn't been created with the email address you entered. eblink{Sign up=>https://www.eventbrite.com/signup target=_blank} if you'd like to create an account on Eventbrite.
Open the email with the subject line, "Reset your Eventbrite password" and click "Set a New Password".
PRO TIP: If you haven't received the password reset email, check your junk/spam folder. To prevent future Eventbrite emails from going to your junk/spam folder, add "mail@eventbrite.com" to your email contact list.
NOTE: If you received a password reset email but didn't request it, please disregard the email. The email we send is required to reset the password and is only sent to the email address on your account. Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and are case sensitive, but we don’t require special characters. Enter your new password and click "Reset password". From here, you'll be logged into your Eventbrite account.
EXAMPLE: Michael uses the first letter of each word in a sentence to create a strong password that's easy to remember. He uses the sentence "I adopted my dog Rupert on April 4, 2014," which becomes "IaMDRoA42".
TIP: Strong passwords typically contain at least 8 characters, with both upper and lowercase letters and at least 1 number.
NOTE: If you enter one of the last 4 passwords used on the account, you'll receive an error message saying, "Your password wasn't changed. New password matches one of last 4 used passwords".
