How to print a check-in list

You can sort and print a check-in list to reference when checking in attendees on the day of your event. From your event's Manage page, go to Manage Attendees and select "Attendee List" to get started.

PRO TIP: To print a list of attendees that includes the information you collected when they registered, eblink{run an Attendee Summary report=>https://www.eventbrite.com/support/articleredirect?anum=3505} instead.

Event creators can log into their Eventbrite account eblink{here=>https://www.eventbrite.com/myevents target=_blank}. Then select your event.

From the options menu, scroll to the bottom until you see the Manage Attendees section.

TIP: For events with an eblink{event schedule that has multiple dates/times=>https://www.eventbrite.com/support/articleredirect?anum=3467}, choose a date from the Individual Event Selector (at the top of the Manage page) to print a check-in list. 3. Sort your check-in list by name or ticket type.

Access the drop-down menu next to "Pre-sort your attendee list on the field that works for your door" to sort your check-in list. The list is automatically sorted by last name, but you can organize it by first name or ticket type as well.

4. Select the ticket types to include in the attendee list.

By default, all ticket types should be selected to include on the attendee list. Deselect any ticket types to exclude attendees that registered for the ticket type.

PRO TIP: This comes in handy if you have designated lines or areas at your event where only attendees who registered for a specific ticket type can enter/access (e.g., VIP, talent, etc.).

5. Optional: Include barcodes on the attendee list.

Check the box next to "Include barcode on attendee list for scanners" to add a barcode next to each attendee's name on the attendee list.

TIP: You can use our Eventbrite Organizer mobile app to scan barcodes if you're using an eblink{iOS=>https://www.eventbrite.com/support/articleredirect?anum=5872} or eblink{Android=>https://www.eventbrite.com/support/articleredirect?anum=30714} device.

6. Choose "Download list as PDF."

A PDF version of your attendee check-in list will open up in a new browser tab or window, or be saved to your computer's "Downloads" folder. You can then print your check-in list to use at the entrance to your event.
