Sell tickets to Reserved Seating events with Eventbrite Organizer

With eblink{Eventbrite Organizer=>https://www.eventbrite.com/l/Organizer-check-in-app target=_blank}, you can sell tickets and assign seats using your mobile device. Download the app, log in, select your event, and tap "Sell" (in the app footer) to get started.

1. Select your event.

After you eblink{create an event=>https://www.eventbrite.com/support/articleredirect?anum=5035} and eblink{download Eventbrite Organizer=>https://www.eventbrite.com/l/Organizer-check-in-app/}, log in using your Eventbrite credentials (email address and password). Then tap your event from the "Select Event" screen.

2. Tap "Sell" (in the app footer).

3. Select tickets and assign seats.

• Pick on Map — Tap "Pick on Map" to view your venue map and assign specific seats (based on associated tiers and ticket types). • Best Available — Tap ticket types and let the system choose the best available seats (based on associated tiers and ticket types). Then choose "Best Available". Each tap on a ticket type counts as a quantity of 1.

NOTE: If you tap tickets before choosing "Pick on Map," tickets are assigned the best available seats. Click the "shopping cart" icon on the venue map and select the "trash can" icon to clear the cart. Then tap seats to pick seats for attendees.

4. Tap "Checkout" and review the order.

TIP: Select "Edit Tickets" to return to the previous screen and make adjustments.

5. Tap "Pay" to start the transaction.

Tap "Pay". Then enter attendee information (if you chose to collect) or tap "Submit" to skip. Next, choose a payment method: • Cash — Enter the amount the person paid (any change due will show on screen). • Card — Enter credit card details and zip code, or swipe their card (when using the eblink{Eventbrite Card Reader=>http://britestore.com/ target=_blank}). Card transactions require an internet connection to process. • "Outside the App" (offline) — If you enabled eblink{offline payment methods=>https://www.eventbrite.com/support/articleredirect?anum=27442}, tap the desired method. "Outside the app" payment methods do not collect payments from attendees. You should collect payment from the attendee (if required) for the chosen payment method.

NOTE: If the buyer total is more than $25, they’ll have to sign on the device using their finger. The app will change the screen orientation to create more space for a signature. Collect the signature and tap "Confirm" to continue.

6. Tap "Place Order" to complete the transaction.

You can email a receipt to the buyer or check them into the event after the order completes.
