Add attendees manually and accept offline payments with Eventbrite Organizer

You can manually add attendees and accept offline payment methods with eblink{Eventbrite Organizer=>https://www.eventbrite.com/l/Organizer-check-in-app target=_blank}. First, download the app and log in. Then follow this process: Select your event > More > Settings > General > Payment Methods > Outside the App. Now, add additional payment methods (like "Check" or "Other"). When selling tickets, just select the payment method (instead of "Cash" or "Credit") and place the order.

NOTE: If you use multiple devices to sell tickets, set up additional payment methods for each individual device. Also, make sure you eblink{name each device=>https://www.eventbrite.com/support/articleredirect?anum=7460}.

1. Select your event.

After you eblink{create an event=>https://www.eventbrite.com/support/articleredirect?anum=5035} and eblink{download Eventbrite Organizer=>https://www.eventbrite.com/l/Organizer-check-in-app/}, log in using your Eventbrite credentials (email address and password). Then tap your event from the "Select Event" screen.

2. Tap "More" (in the app footer).

PRO TIP: An alternative to adding attendees through the "Sell" flow is to create guest lists on eblink{desktop=>https://www.eventbrite.com/support/articleredirect?anum=41508} or mobile (eblink{iOS=>https://www.eventbrite.com/support/articles/en_US/Troubleshooting/getting-started-with-eventbrite-organizer-our-box-office-solution-for-your-events?lg=en_US#6} and eblink{Android=>https://www.eventbrite.com/support/articles/en_US/Multi_Group_How_To/how-to-use-the-eventbrite-organizer-app-for-android?lg=en_US#3-5}).

3. Choose "Settings".

4. Tap "General". Then select "Payment Methods".

5. Select additional payment methods (under "Outside the App").

Cash and credit (where available) are selected by default. Depending on your country and currency, you'll see one or more of the following to collect payment outside of Eventbrite: • Credit Card — Use an alternative card processing system to charge attendees for registration. • PayPal — Use PayPal to charge attendees for registration. • Check — Collect paper checks from attendees as payment for registration. • Voucher — Collect paper vouchers from attendees as payment for registration. • Other — Collect an agreed upon method of payment not available in the app or use for 'complimentary' registrations.

NOTE: "Outside the app" payment methods do not collect payments from attendees. You should collect payment from the attendee (if required) for the chosen payment method.

6. Tap "Sell" (in the app footer).

7. Manually add attendees to your event.

1. Select the number of tickets and tap "Pay". 2. Choose one of the payment methods you enabled (like, "Other"). 3. Enter attendee information (if you chose to collect) or tap "Submit" to skip. 4. Add a note for the order (e.g., "Complimentary") and tap "Place Order".

TIP: You can see manually added orders in reporting online in the "Event Reports" section of your event (under "Analyze"). Set the report type to "Device Sales Summary" and review on-site sales.

NOTE: Fees are not charged for manual orders. Cash and credit sales are subject to fees.
