Event creators can log into their Eventbrite account eblink{here=>https://www.eventbrite.com/myevents target=_blank}. Then select your event.
From the options menu, scroll to the bottom until you see the Manage Attendees section.
NOTE: If your eblink{event schedule has multiple dates and times=>https://www.eventbrite.com/support/articleredirect?anum=3467}, you can customize and export an orders report for one or all events in your schedule. Just select a date using the "Individual Event Selector" at the top of the Manage page.
Click or tap in the field under Search for Orders to find a specific attendee's order. You can search by name, email, or order number, then use the top Actions menu to:

TIP: Use the secondary "Actions" menu to refund, delete, or edit a specific attendee's information/tickets.
When you reach the "Orders" section, you'll see several options that you can customize before downloading and viewing the report, like:
• Date Range: view financial information for the week, month, year, or set a custom date range
• Order Type: view financial information on recently completed orders, refunded/canceled orders, and more
• Sort By: view the most recent orders or the earliest orders on top, and sort orders by date, email, or amount
• # Per Page: view a certain number of orders on each page in the report
• Search for Orders: search for and view an individual attendee's order
TIP: If you're receiving eblink{Advance Payouts=>https://www.eventbrite.com/support/articleredirect?anum=39028}, you can sort by a specific "Date Range" to see all the orders placed in a specific payout period.
Use the drop-down menu under Export to select what type of file you'd like to download. You can export your report as an:
• CSV or .csv (comma-separated value) file
• Excel or .xls file
• Text or .txt file (which opens in eblink{Microsoft Word=>http://products.office.com/en-us/word})
Once you select the file type, the report will download.
TIP: Select "Print Preview" to see a preview of your orders report and print it out.

Just choose the "Download event invoice" button.
Check the "Downloads" folder on your computer to open and view your customized orders report. The report includes a list of all orders for your event, as well as fee and attendee information for each order.
