Find your Order Confirmation email and reply to it (the To: field automatically fills with the organizer's email).
You can also find the organizer's email address on the order confirmation email itself.
TIP: When messaging an organizer, we recommend including your phone number in your email in case they prefer to call you.
From eblink{Tickets=>https://www.eventbrite.com/mytickets target=_blank} you can find your order and click it to view/manage the details.
If you want a refund, just click the "Request a Refund" button.
TIP: If you can't log in or think there might be a typo in the email you used when registering, you can always eblink{contact the event organizer from the original event listing=>https://www.eventbrite.com/support/articles/en_US/How_To/how-to-contact-the-event-organizer?lg=en_US#4}.
NOTE: If you don't see the button to request a refund, this means the event organizer has disabled the option for this to appear. You'll want to reach out to them directly in this case to request a refund.
To get in touch with the event organizer, click "Contact the Organizer." You'll see links to some Help Center articles that may answer your question, or you can select "contact the organizer" to submit your message.
Your name and email will already be filled in for you, and all you have to do is select a contact reason and write your message before hitting "Submit Request."

There are buttons to "Contact the Organizer" in several places on the event listing. Clicking any of these launches the same message box as explained in option 3 above.

Organizers should respond to your request within 1 week (eblink{2 business days if you paid using PayPal=>https://www.eventbrite.com/support/articleredirect?anum=3315}), especially if you're eblink{requesting a refund=>https://www.eventbrite.com/support/articleredirect?anum=3207}.
If you haven't heard back from your organizer, you can eblink{contact us=>https://www.eventbrite.com/contact-us}. While we likely won't be able to answer event-specific questions like "Where do I park?" and "What can I bring to the event?", we'll do our best to connect you with your event organizer.
Select the options Attendee > Questions About an Event > Non-responsive event organizer.
NOTE: If you're contacting Eventbrite about a refund request, select the options Attendee > Refunds > Contacted event organizer MORE than 1 week ago.
In your request, please let us know the following:
• When you reached out to the organizer (if you haven't done so, you'll want to contact the event organizer instead)
• The email address used to register (and your contact email if it differs from the one used to register)
• Your order number
• The reason you're requesting a refund (e.g., no one was there, event canceled or postponed, performer didn't show, denied entry)
