Event creators can log into their Eventbrite account eblink{here=>https://www.eventbrite.com/myevents target=_blank}. Then select your event.
Scroll to Step 2: Create Tickets and find the ticket you want to edit. Then select the settings icon under "Actions" to change the sales start/end date and time for that ticket.
Select the fields under "Ticket sales start" and "Ticket sales end" to edit the start/end date and time for sales. You can use the calendar to choose a specific date, and select a time from the list at 30 minute time intervals.
TIP: You can also click or tap in the fields under "Ticket sales start" and "Ticket sales end" to type in a specific sales start/end date and time. To ensure your tickets are on sale, make sure to set the sales start date and time in the past, and the sales end date and time in the future. Tickets that aren't on sale appear on your event listing as "N/A."
PRO TIP: Make sure the box next to "Hide this ticket type" is unchecked to ensure that your ticket type is visible on your event page.
NOTE: For eblink{events with multiple dates and times=>https://www.eventbrite.com/support/articleredirect?anum=3467}, you'll only see the option to set the "Tickets sales end" date for a time that is a specific number of "hours, minutes, or days" before the event either "starts" or "ends.
Select "when sales end" to start the sales for this ticket when sales end for another ticket. You can use the drop-down menu to choose which ticket type triggers sales to start.
PRO TIP: If you start your sales when sales ends for another ticket, the ticket quantity will appear as "N/A" on your event listing, but you can eblink{hide the ticket type=>https://www.eventbrite.com/support/articleredirect?anum=3286} so it's not visible.
