Embassy of Canada Reception: Join us at the Embassy of Canada for a special reception on May 6th at 7pm-9pm. This event is hosted by The Embassy of Canada, the Canadian Space Agency, and Explore Mars, Inc. The reception will be generously sponsored by MDA. The reception will feature drinks, hors d'oeuvres, and a demonstration of a humanoid robot called 'Hume' by Dr. Luis Sentis from the University of Texas. Please fill out the entire registration form. Due to security considerations at the embassy, you will be denied access if you do not register. You will also need to bring a picture ID to be admitted. Please register by 12pm EDT on Thursday, May 2nd.
There will be bus transportation available in front of the Lisner Auditorium starting at 6:30pm. It will make a couple of trips to and from the Embassy of Canada. The bus will be available for return trips to Lisner Auditoium starting 8:30pm. If you are interested in utilizing the bus transportation, please RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The embassy is at 501 Pennsylvania Ave. NW, Washington, DC. The nearest metro stop is the Judiciary Square Metro station.

MARS DAY ON THE HILL: Registration has started for Mars Day on the Hill. On May 9th, we will be sending a delegation up to Capitol Hill in support of Mars exploration. VINT CERF LUNCH: Secondary Registration has begun for the Vint Cerf lunch. This lunch will take place at Noon on May 7, 2013 in the City View Room at George Washington University. Mr. Cerf will be discussing the prospects of an Interplanetary Internet. To register for this lunch, please go to the registration page at h2m.exploremars.org/register.
