Your-Movement Wellness Center

Our mission is to facilitate a space for community and friend-making through classes and sessions within an easygoing atmosphere. Where our clients will have a great work-out, and learn about their bodies-- improving daily lives, through body awareness.

We have classes to challenge your body, like Total Cardio, Mat Pilates, and a variety of Yoga classes like  Balance Yoga, Core Yoga, Gentle and Hatha Yoga.

In our private sessions we providing you highly trained instructors to help you achieve your personal needs, work on specific areas in your body or just get stronger and more leaner with every sessions. You can work with the teacher of your choice or we can match a teacher to meet your expressed needs.
