Yogi Nashi

Yogi Nashi, a fitness and wellness-nista, has been practicing yoga for well over 10 years. Her goal, like many at first, was to learn the practice in order to become more flexible and also incorporate methods for how to “stress-less” while working her daytime job. It wasn’t long before she fell in love with the art of yoga and wanted to share that experience through teaching.  
Although new to teaching, you would never know it. It’s like she was called to do this her entire life. Those who’ve taken her class say that she is a “free spirit whose classes are playful, upbeat and heartfelt”.  No matter if you’re younger or older, she believes that anyone can do it and it’s a great way to help find balance in our busy lives.
Yoga has given Nasha the freedom to express her creativity while leaving behind the judgment and fear. For anyone interested in yoga she would tell you that it’s not all about the postures and being extra bendy, but instead it’s about loving yourself where you are today and also learning to connect your mind and body with your breathe.  
Outside of yoga Nasha is an avid traveler of the world and enjoys trying new and different types of cuisines.
