We believe in cultivating a lifestyle of balance, mindfulness, self-care and having fun! 


There is enough chaos and stress in the world today; yoga teaches us to embrace finding balance by sharpening our physical and mental strength, as a means to leading a healthy and fulfilling life.


Our events are all about finding balance and embracing self-care through yoga, fitness and living an overall lifestyle of wellness -- in addition to nourishing through connecting with others within the community and doing the things that make you happy!


The yoga class itself is a 60-minute, all levels, energizing and balancing flow combining breath, movement, meditation and aromatherapy to wake-up the body and relax the mind. This is followed by a social segment during which guests mingle and connect over shared values, and a shared glass of rosé, cold brew coffee, kombucha or other beverage, dependent on the vibe of the event and the venue.
