Women Of MENA In Technology

Women Of MENA In Technology is a 5 year US Non-Profit 501(c)(3) Organization establish in Silicon Valley in 2015 with a mission to close the diversity and gender gap in STEM by connecting, mentoring, educating and elevating Middle Eastern and North African women in Tech globally. Our community of over 20,000 members, 90% of whom identify as technical and self-reported as engineers, data scientists, researchers, founders, intrapreneurs, entrepreneurs, innovators and investors. WoMENAIT organizes and facilitates programs such as the monthly City events (currently in 17 Global cities including EU, USA, Canada), Annual Women Of MENA In Tech conference, a mentorship program for career growth and career placement, a Blog network to provide a voice to the community, a Job board connecting high-quality tech talent and workplaces that care about making their companies more successful through inclusion. We want our women and girls all over the world, regardless of what the media, flawed societal narratives, and unfounded perceptions, have an equal opportunity to THRIVE. As technology becomes more integrated in our society and creates a new paradigm, it is up to us to be intentional about equity, inclusion, and diverse representation in the space.
