Wendy Balman, founder and CEO of Creative Coaching Solutions Inc, supports leaders in navigating the sometimes awkward, challenging and exciting opportunities that surround organizational leadership. Her belief that each individual has a unique contribution to bring that is vital to team and organizational success is the driving force behind her work. Creating a thriving organizational culture that results in high energy and productivity and high trust relationships is her vision of success. Wendy s specialty is creating and implementing leadership development programs within low trust environments to increase trust, relationship building skills, and leadership competencies that move the whole team, cohort, or community forward together into higher productivity and interdependence.

Wendy was trained and certified by the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and is also certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF) as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She uses several assessments as tools to provide greater awareness and touchstones for growth and learning for individuals, teams and throughout an organization.

Teams, families, organizations and communities are made up of individuals...and individuals each have unique strengths. According to Gallup research, only 1 in 33 million have the same top 5 strengths in the same order referring to the Clifton StrengthsFinder 2.0 assessment. Each person's contribution is that unique and that important. Wendy's favorite starting point is an exploration with her clients on their strengths and where they are brilliant. This creates a positive and solid foundation for addressing the areas what may not be working for them in work and life.

Outside of work, Wendy loves to travel and explore new parts of the world and also enjoys running, walking and biking with her run club buddies year around.
