Warrior Fitness Jax

We offer classes for every level, beginning with the basics and moving through advanced flows.  Each class is capped at 20 so each person receives the individual attention required to master the art of a a specific Warrior flow. All classes are held outdoors (weather permitting) in some of the areas most beautiful locations (see class schedule for exact locations). Each 60 minute session is comprised of an dynamic mobility warm up, warrior flow, secondary conditioning session & finished with a full decompression stretch.
