ATTTTTTENTION! Ladies it’s time to report for duty and join the Vixen Workout, the cardio dance fitness class that makes you feel like a performer on stage alongside your favorite artist and forget that you’re inside a fitness studio. The Vixen Workout, which got its start in South Florida and set the trend for nightlife inspired fitness classes, quickly infiltrated the New York workout scene then spread across the United States and now michigan and Metro-Detroit!

Vixen Workout’s intense Hip-Hop cardio has taken the dance fitness scene by storm. Inspired by moves performed by your favorite artists and the Miami nightlife, this women’s only Dance Workout delivers easy to learn combinations that provide a full body workout and an experience unlike any other.

Each Vixen Workout creates a fun club atmosphere where women can let loose, forget responsibilities, and transform into their “alter-ego” or as we say “getting your Beyonce, Ciara, Rihanna on”. Women will be completing intense muscle toning movements hidden by clever choreography, loud music, and fun!

When the signature moves are put together in a sequence of routines, which incorporates plyometrics, squats, lunges and core work, and laid to the hottest tracks on the radio, the Vixen Workout tones and strengthens the body from head-to-toe and torches between 500-1,000 calories an hour. The lights go down, inhibitions melt away, mirrors fog up, and the Vixen Army, the term for the thousands of women that take Vixen Workout classes, deploys for an hour of sweaty, sexy, steamy, dance-fitness fun.

While traditional workout wear is worn, the unofficial dress code for the Vixen Workout has become leggings, tanks or crop tops, bright lipstick, bat-worthy lashes, and wedge sneakers 
which intensifies the workout and keeps you on the balls of your feet.
