Vegan Chef Donald Lemperle has been an Executive Chef with 30 years working at top four star restaurants from New York City to Las Vegas. He found his passion for vegan food by healing his body after being diagnosed with bone marrow cancer from a plant-based diet. There is a deep commitment and drive to serve ‘good for you’ foods to his beloved community to make them healthier and eco-conscious.
