United Cerebral Palsy of Arkansas
In 1957, UCP was incorporated for parents of children with cerebral palsy and other physical disabilities who could not find assistance. Day care and parent relief for five children has grown into comprehensive services and support for over 500 children and adults every day - one person at a time, one family at at time.
UCP works to enact real change - to revolutionize care, raise standards of living and create opportunities - impacting the lives of individuals living with disabilities and their families. For more than 50 years, UCP has worked to ensure the inclusion of individuals with disabilities in every facet of society. Together, with parents and caregivers, UCP will continute to push for the social, legal and technological changes that increase accessibility and independence, allowing people with disabilities to dream their own dreams - for the next 50 years and beyond!
