UC Davis Integrative Medicine

Our mission is to help prevent chronic disease by educating people about how to make positive changes in their lifestyle habits. We are committed to sharing information about a variety of topics such as nutrition, exercise, stress management and smoking cessation. However, our strongest focus is in the area of nutrition and plant-based diets which we believe is the number one way to successfully prevent, halt or reverse serious health conditions such as obesity, hypertension, type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
