The Twin Cities Salesforce User Group is in place to allow Salesforce users to connect with other Salesforce users in the area to network, share ideas, and get tips to make each other more successful. Our User Group is run "by customers - for customers", and it's free.  The group is mostly made up of Salesforce administrators and/or Marketing users - not so much the end users although they are welcome to attend. 
 
The goal of our Salesforce User Group is to foster a community full of enthusiastic Salesforce users, developers, partners and employees.  The meetings are held quarterly and the format of the meeting is generally:
 
 - Breakfast, seating and networking
 - Presentations by Salesforce Partners and/or Users
 - Discussion on what type of presentations the users would like to have at the next meeting
 - Birds-of-a-Feather/Circles of Success groups during Lunch
