Set to upbeat popular tracks, Twerk 'Til It Hurts Yoga is a style of strength training yoga class that tones the obliques, quads, glutes and more. Students can burn anywhere from 300-500 calories, all while having fun learning new and exciting ways to use your body. We infuse yoga and twerk together to create a fun and liberating experience for every student.
