Tulsa's Great Raft Race

Tulsa’s Great Raft Race is a 501(c)3 organization that works to activate the Arkansas River with individual, corporate and school raft race participants in a one-of-a-kind event taking place on Labor Day annually.

The race took place in Tulsa from 1973 - 1991, breaking records for largest single day event in state history when 600 rafts, 4500 racers, and 150,000 spectators lined the banks of the Arkansas River from Sand Springs to Tulsa. The event took a hiatus before returning nearly thirty years later with the support from local river advocates and community leaders.

Join us this Labor Day September 4th, 2017, for another party on the river! Registration is open until August 15th and spectators are encouraged to join in the fun at West Festival Park for the Bud Light Boatyard Bash.

Presented by Public Service Company of Oklahoma.
