Ms. Tijuana Vickers, a mother, minister, entrepreneur, and motivational speaker, has a passion for ministering to hurting women and promoting excellence throughout the body of Christ. Ms. Vickers is an ordained Elder, and serves as the founder and Creative Director of W.E.L.L. (Women Empowered to Live and Lead) based in Little Rock, AR. She served as one of the coordinators for an internationally renowned ministry conference for eight years, as well as, traveled extensively coordinating and facilitating her own conferences and workshops.
Since earning a degree in church administration in 1999, Ms. Vickers has consulted various churches and ministries on how to set up and implement an effective administrative structure. She also conducts workshops throughout on church growth and administration.
Additionally, Ms. Vickers is the owner of Par ‘Excellence, an event planning and coordination agency that she founded in June 2001.Ms. Vickers holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management with a concentration in Finance and a Masters Degree in Business Admistration(MBA). In her professional career, she serves as a Senior Manager of Finance for Sodexo Education where she provides financial support and management to the Universities Division Globally. She is the proud mother of one daughter, Kashana. Ms. Vickers is also a published author, and has currently published 3 books and one study-guide. Her most recent work entitled “Baggage Claim” was published July, 2013. Tijuana’s desire is to be an extension of God’s Love through service.
