TheWorx organiseert cursussen tegen stress, overspanning of om simpelweg meer te genieten van het leven. Groepstrainingen, 1-op-1 coaching sessies en thema workshops om de levensvreugde te vergroten staan ook op het menu.

De docent is Djehan Lauwers. Van huize uit psychologe, is zij verder professioneel onderlegd in de mindfulness en yoga praktijk en verandermanagement. Naast coaching en consulting, geeft zij wekelijks yogalessen en maandelijkse cursussen in de studio in Rotterdam.

TheWorx offers mindfulness-based courses for stress, anxiety or simply for getting more out of life. On offer are also group-based courses, one-on-one coaching and fun and exciting personal development workshops.

The teacher is Djehan Lauwers. Comprehensively trained in psychology, yoga and mindfulness practices and transition changemanagement. She serves companies both in the public and private sector and runs weekly yogaclasses and monthly courses at the studio in Rotterdam.
