The Work Mindfulness Institute

The Work Mindfulness Institute provides education, development and coaching for Mindfulness, to reduce the harmful effects of stress and trauma.  Mindfulness Coaching and Stress Recovery programs are for individuals seeking relief from stress, or as a way to recover their lives, through mindfulness in every day activities. Through the various types of Mindfulness Coaching and Stress Recovery (MCSR) programs we can help individuals generate a higher level of consciousness and performance.  While we all face issues with stress, some react more to fight, flight and freeze.  With MCSR you get "guides, on the side", to help you access the autoimmune systems of your brain, to enhance happiness, or just cope more effectively with stress and the daily obstacles that we all face everyday.

 We can help you to stand on the shoulders of neuroscientists, psychotherapists, and successful thought leaders. The results are increased focus, awareness, attention, higher performance and productivity.
