The Woodlands Arts Council, Inc.

The festival is presented by The Woodlands Arts Council, a nonprofit organization with its own Board of Directors, Advisory Committee and more than 600 community volunteers.  Proceeds from the event provide funding for educational & community outreach programs- Because Art Matters!, student art scholarships, teacher and charity partner programs.
