The Neighborhood Charter School: Harlem

The Neighborhood Charter School: Harlem provides a rigorous, comprehensive K-8 program that cultivates the intellectual, social and emotional development of each child. In addition to our rigorous general education program, we have a specialized program for high functioning children on the autism spectrum, approximately 15% of our student body, who are fully included in all aspects of the program.
