The Moore Center

The Moore Center is an award-winning leader recognized for providing high quality, cost-effective services with a personal, caring touch to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities and acquired brain injuries, as well as services to children and senior citizens.  We create opportunities for a good life.  We envision a day when all people, despite their challenges, are fully engaged in their communities. We have grown from a small non-profit agency providing education and prevocational training to a large human service agencyproviding a wide variety of services, programs, and support.  Services include early intervention, case management, residential care, family support, elderly services, medical and nursing care, and job and social skill training.  Annually, we serve over 3,000 individuals and families in Greater Manchester.  The Moore Center continues to grow in services and client need.  Our primary target for eligibility is Medicaid; however we will accept private pay.  Funding comes from federal and state Medicaid funds, United Way contributions, grants, and private donations.  We rely greatly on the support of our community, particularly during uncertain economic times.
