The Freedom PathFinder- Rick Geha

Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Rick Geha spent several years of his childhood living abroad, including Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, and Greece. These early years formed the things that Rick values most: people, travel, languages, and culture.

Rick Geha began his career in real estate at 22 years old. In 1980, he received his license in Northern CA, while finishing a degree in Biology at Cal State Hayward and also working at the family restaurant business.

After a tumultuous start, he became the #1 agent in a small, family-owned brokerage. In 1993, he took over as manager of a local office with 12 agents. This office was one of 21 offices of a large Independent Company.  The owners were big on recruiting, and this was when Rickfirst got recruiting and retention in his blood, and it became a huge passion of his.  By 1997, he had grown that office  to about 50 agents, while still being a top-selling agent himself. The office went on to become a Century 21 company. In 1999, the branch managed by Rick was named the #2 in volume and #6 in units out of 7,500 offices worldwide. By now, the office was well over 100 agents, prospering and growing under Rick’s leadership. In 2001, the company was sold and, with the change in upper management, Rick began looking for his next opportunity.

His search landed him at Keller Williams Realty, where he pursued his passion for speaking, coaching, mentoring and training. His recruiting talents led him to opening 7 franchises over a 7 year period.  His 7 offices had, at one point, about 1000 agents.  Rick’s training and coaching were mostly used to travel the US and Canada teaching Leadership, Recruiting, Retention and other releveant subjects.   Over the Past 17 years Rick has performed over 1,000 keynote sessions in front of professionals from all walks of life, not just real estate. In 2017, Rick’s deep understanding of the Agent Attraction Mindset, Recruiting, Retention, and Training in real estate offices have become his most requested subjects as he travels and works with real estate companies.
