The Broadmoor and The American Master Chefs' Order

The Certified Master Chef (CMC) is the highest and most demanding level of achievement of all American Culinary Federation certification levels, granted after the candidate has passed an intensive eight-day test of culinary skills and knowledge.

 There are only 68 CMCs in the country, five of whom live and work in Colorado

(William Franklin, Nestle Professional,  John Johnstone, Vice President of Food and Beverage at The Broadmoor, Ed Janos, Cooks Fresh Market, Deiter Kiessling, formerly Executive Chef Pinehurst Country Club and David Kellaway, formerly Executive Chef, Mandalay Bay).
