The Boot-Strap Association for Rural Empowerment (B.A.R.E,)

Scott G. Brown is one of the oldest survivors of the 1969 Stonewall Riots which spearheaded the Gay Rights Movement in the United States. He was only twenty-eight years old at the time. There are so many interesting details surrounding the events of the riots and others that he met and knew on a personal basis that there is no doubt of his involvement. Public Broadcast Station (PBS) did a documentary on the riots, the Stonewall Uprising in April, 2011, at which time he was invited to share his story which is now a historical, worldwide annual event in the month of June. His book commorates the 46th Anniversary of the Seminal Uprising which celebrates the sucesses and the victories of the LGBTQ movement:Subsequently, Same-sex Marriage and Gay Equality are, now, a reality.
