The Balance Warrior

Angie Walker (The Balance Warrior) is a Women's Mind-Body Hormonal Health Coach, Registered Massage Therapist, 200 HR YTT (Yoga Teacher Training) and Self Love Enthusiest. Her passion is to help women heal hormonal imbalances through making a connection with the mind-body and spirit. She works part time as a massage therapist while helping women heal thier hormones through on-line and one on one group coaching programs. She is passionate about the mind-body connection and it's healing qualities when aligned. She recently finished Yoga Teacher Training so she can persoanlly add and create yoga and meditation specifically designed to help decrease stress and re-balance hormones.
