Rescheduling:

Classes: The only way  you can reschedule a missed day of a class is if there is reason that is beyond your control, like a death in the family, and you notified either the instructor or Arlene's prior to the day that you will be missing. If neither of these actions have been taken we assume you are a "no show" and forfeit that day of the class. "No shows" are not eligible for rescheduling.

Please keep in mind you are only eligible for rescheduling a date in future section of the same/similar class with the same instructor. If there is another section of the class running during the same time period but at a different time of day you can attend one its classes as way to reschedule the missed class.

When rescheduling the class we ask you notify the instructor and Arlene's so we can make the appropriate accommodations. Please so not just show to a class without notifying us as to avoid unnecessary confusion and disruptions to classes.

Workshop:

Same roles apply to Workshop however you will be given a credit for a future class  or workshop of your choosing

Arlene's reserves the right to change policies at anytime without notification. Please contact us if you have any questions.
