The Ars Longa Ensemble

Now in their third season, the Ars Longa Ensemble is dedicated to the elevation and preservation of the timeless art form of choral music. Through the engagement of gifted and passionate vocal artists we aim to provide our audiences with an experience that stirs the soul and leaves a lasting impression on the heart.

The choir was founded in 2015 by conductor, Steven Brennfleck. Its membership consists of some of the most highly regarded choral musicians from the Austin area and beyond. The Ensemble is also dedicated to educating the next generation of choral conductors through its Conducting Fellowship Program, a week-long masterclass program offering daily conducting coachings and lessons in the Alexander Technique.
