Texas Electrical Excel has put together all available resources to help electricians obtain their licence and even start a successful electrical contracting business.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Please contact us in writing 14 days prior to the seminar if you need to reschedule.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes you may, simply call us at 1-800-801-4085 and we can help you make changes.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You do not need your printed ticket for the event. All you need is a photo ID.
What is the refund policy?
SEMINARS| For all courses, we will issue a full refund minus the non-refundable deposit if the registered student provides a written request prior to the start of the course. Email is preferred. Request sent through regular mail must be post marked prior to the start of the course.
Cancellations received 14 calendar days prior to the initial scheduled seminar date will receive a full refund. Refunds will not be applied to cancellations received after this date or cancellations made on transferred registrations.
If the student attends the first class, but does not attend the following classes, no refunds of any kind will be issued. We will reschedule the student to the next available course if the student misses more than one class, at the instructor’s discretion.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Please contact us as soon as possible with the student's name to update the roster.
