Living in Japan for 5 years and practicing zen meditation sparked my desire to teach mindfulness.

I’m a lifetime educator and am passionate about personal growth and helping others grow to reach their fullest potential and joy. I’m trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and have taught mindfulness since 2005.

My experience in business, educational technology, meditation, yoga allows me to reach many people and make the workshops relevant and practical.
