OUR REFUND, TRANSFER and CANCELLATION POLICY:  Full refund, less $25 processing fee, if requested 21 days or more before the event.  50% refund if requested 8-20 days before event.   No refund if requested less than 8 days from the event.  Requests must be in writing and sent to We can honor a transfer to the same course at another venue. The following fees apply: $25 if the transfer is requested 21 days or more prior to the event you are registered for. A 50% fee is applied if you request the transfer 8-20 days before the event you are registered for. No transfers can be accommodated with less than 8 days of notice from the event you are registered for (effective 11/21/2015).

The data that Tax Practice Pro Inc. (“TPP”)  collects are used to improve the site and to develop new products or services to benefit TPP students.   Additionally, data may be used to update pages on the TPP website to make them more relevant to students and visitors and it may be used for responding to student and visitor suggestions for improving the site. The only data stored are what users knowingly provide to TPP and the anonymous statistics that the computer collects as users and visitors browse the site. This data includes what pages were visited, how often they were visited, how many people visited the site, etc. TPP uses this information to help improve the website for better maneuvering and accessibility during user’s online visits.


Registering students are asked to  provide their name, applicable license number (EA, CPA, CTEC, bar association, etc),  address, business phone, and e-mail address.  This data is used for reporting your attendance to your licenseing agency or agencies.


For general users, no personal information is collected when visiting the TPP  website. General statistics, such as most visited page and number of hits per page, are collected and used for internal purposes at TPP.




TPP will not make available to third parties business phone and fax numbers or email addresses.  We don’t sell or lease your information, ever.




According to the Data Protection Act(s) of 1984 and 1998, data submitted by the user when registering for the TPP website must be stored and processed in a lawful manner. TPP fully complies with the terms of these Acts.




Credit card information submitted by users of the Web site is not used by TPP except to provide users with services and/or products that have been ordered specifically by the users. TPP does not disclose this information. Information collected through the Web site is submitted and processed in-house for internal and billing purposes.
