Tamara "Coach Tam" Jackson, Health & Fitness Coach

Tamara "Coach Tam" Jackson is a Charlotte-based weight release and fitness motivation expert determined to change the alarming statistic that four out of five African American women are overweight or obese. Once weighing in at 265 pounds, Tamara released more than 100 pounds without surgery, diet pills, juicing, or supplements. Best of all, she has maintained that weight loss for 10 years by standing on Matthew 19:26 daily: Jesus looked at them and said, "With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible."

Tamara believes that lasting change is possible for everyone when they have right mindset, tools and support. Coach Tam launched 265 Point with Coach Tam Fitness in 2013 to inspire others through her book 265 Point, public and corporate seminars, and live and virtual coaching programs on health, wellness, and personal development. A powerful and dynamic author, speaker, fitness trainer, and transformation coach, Tamara is on a worldwide mission to motivate people of color to think healthy, feel fit, and enjoy life.
