Sweethearts of the West, Inc.

Sweethearts of the West, Inc. is a Colorado based, non-profit equestrian drill team. Members are made up of young ladies from across the front range sharing a common passion for horses, community, teamwork and leadership. Sweethearts of the West embraces the western way of life through actions and deeds; promoting the sport of rodeo; participating in community and charity events; and showcasing drill team performances at rodeos throughout the year.

When Sweethearts of the West began in 2013 our goal was to be different and bring meaning to what we do. We made a promise, with a mission to "promote the western way of life through goodwill and a love for the sport of rodeo".

A charity near and dear to our hearts is the Justin Cowboy Crisis Fund (JCCF) a non-profit organization that provides temporary financial support to professional rodeo athletes and their families when a serious illness or injury interferes with the careers of those who have dedicated their lives to the sport.

In 2016 Sweethearts of the West created Horses in Masquerade to not only bring something fun and unique to the community of horse enthusiaists, but more importantly to bring awareness to the mission of JCCF, a dedicated and wonderful organization that realized there was a need then created a way to meet it!
