Sweet Home Class of '78


Dear Fellow SHHS Alumni Class of 1978,

Your reunion committee has been working hard to create a memorable weekend. Plans as follows:

FRIDAY 8/3/18– Our official Meet and Greet” evening starts the weekend off! • We begin with a casual and relaxing tour at the Home of the Panthers! – Meet at Sweet Home High School @ 5:00 p.m. in the main lobby. An opportunity to reminisce as we walk the halls again, visit the lunchrooms, library, gym and more. Family, friends and all are invited.

"Meet and Greet"  6pm  at the new Anchor Bar located at the corner of Sweet Home and Maple Roads. We reserved a private area and patio for the evening. Come and enjoy live music, 50/50 Raffles, maybe some Karaoke too! Pay as you go. Sweet Home teachers, Administrators and all alumni are encouraged to join us.

SATURDAY 8/4/18– Join us for a fun-filled day! • Miss Buffalo Boat Cruise – 3-5 p.m. ($18 +) at Erie Basin Marina. Get tickets at

OUR MAIN EVENT -Templeton Landing located at 2 Templeton Terrace Buffalo, NY 14202

A casual  evening located on the waterfront in downtown Buffalo starting at 6:00 p.m.

Includes 2-hour open bar, appetizers, food stations, and Live music by Route 33. (

Open Bar from 6-7, closed for dinner, bar reopens 8-9).

We have our very own outdoor patio with fire pits to enjoy the sunset and waterfront.

Early bird special cost is $65 per person by 7/15 or $80 after 

SOME THOUGHT ON MAKING IT AN EXTRA SPECIAL WEEKEND – Whether you live nearby or out of the area, consider rediscovering Buffalo and the Niagara Region. Our waterfront has expanded in many directions with Canalside downtown along with the Inner and Outer Harbor. Take advantage of biking throughout the city and waterfront with Reddy Bikeshare – Rent paddle boards and kayaks at There are also several new interesting places to stay or visit in Buffalo. You may want to check out the following: The Curtis Hotel on Franklin Street, the Mansion on Delaware Ave or Hotel Henry Urban Resort in a National Historic Landmark across from the Albright-Knox Art Gallery.
